Founder and Education Consultant

Graham Greene in his novel The Power and the Glory writes “There’s Always a moment in childhood when the door opens and lets the future in.” With 25 years of experience in education, I’ve dedicated my career to creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for children. My own journey was far from conventional. As a child, I faced challenges at school and struggled to connect with the environment. At the age of 15, my father encouraged me to take a year to focus on my well-being - a turning point that shaped my path. During that time, I began working as a teaching assistant, motivated by a simple yet powerful thought: if I could make just one child’s day better, by letting them know I truly understood what it felt like not to want to be there, I would.

That first step sparked a lifelong commitment to education. Over the years, I’ve worked as a teaching assistant, higher-level teaching assistant, teacher, Head of Early Years, and eventually a Head Teacher - even founding a prestigious independent school (Wetherby Pembridge Minors) in central London. While headship brought invaluable skills and experiences, my passion for Early Years and making a difference at ground level never wavered.

I am deeply committed to ensuring that every child has access to learning opportunities tailored to their unique, holistic needs. For me, children should not view challenges as barriers to learning - instead they should be seen as obstacles to overcome helping children build resilience, confidence, and curiosity.

My personal ethos is simple: make learning irresistible.
