Preschool Phonics Club Summer Term (Thursdays)

Our Preschool Phonics Club offers a space for our youngest children to develop their confidence in phonics in the security of a small group with highly skilled teachers. Each term we build on prior learning ensuring a rigorous progression of skill and children attending a club will be given a priority space on the next terms course.

Over ten weeks, each Thursday, children will have the opportunity to learn new skills, apply their phonic knowledge whilst being exposed to high frequency words. Each week our session will be broken down into 4 parts – revisit, teach, practise and apply. All our activities are tailored to ensure the children have maximum enjoyment in each session whilst personally progressing.

The club is ideal for all children who start Reception in September 2026, who are looking to further explore their love of learning and become ‘school ready.’

There will be a small piece of weekly homework provided.
