As you know Owls In is a Literacy focused club and we will be digging deeper into creative writing ahead of Y1 and promoting a love of reading. There will be opportunities to develop creativity as well as explore other skills for writing such as predictions, comprehension and story sequencing. We will also be teaching reasoning through both practical games and activities as well as paper based tasks - a skill in which the Wetherby boys are assessed/tested on from Reception onwards and the Pembridge girls will also experience through their academic journey.
